For weddings, prom and holiday weekends we recommend 4 to 8 weeks. For standard trips, 48 hours is usually enough and same-day bookings are often possible. Call dispatch for last-minute requests.
A 25% deposit secures your vehicle and the balance is charged after the trip. Corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly.
Cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before pick-up. Within 72 hours the deposit is non-refundable, but you can reschedule once at no cost.
Yes. Send updates to dispatch any time. Changes are free up to 24 hours before the trip, subject to availability.
Most trips are hourly, from the moment your chauffeur leaves the garage to the drop-off, with a vehicle-specific minimum. Airport transfers are flat rate with tolls included.
A 20% gratuity for your chauffeur is added to hourly bookings. You are welcome to add more in person.
Fuel, tolls and standard wait time are included. Optional extras like decor, champagne and red-carpet service are priced per event.
Yes. Multi-vehicle events and corporate accounts receive tailored rates. Contact our concierge team for a custom quote.
Every chauffeur holds a commercial license, has passed a background check and drug test, and completes ongoing defensive-driving training. Vehicles are covered by commercial liability insurance.
Guests 21 and over may drink in the passenger cabin, as permitted by state law. Alcohol is never allowed for minors.
Every vehicle is inspected and detailed before each trip and serviced on a strict mileage schedule. Any vehicle with an open safety item is taken out of service.
Yes. You can share a live ride-tracking link with anyone you choose.
You will receive a text 30 minutes before pick-up with your chauffeur's name, photo, phone number and vehicle plate.
Standard waiting time is 15 minutes, after which hourly billing continues. At airports we track flights and start the clock when you land.
Each vehicle page lists luggage capacity. Sedans hold 3 large bags, SUVs up to 8, and the Sprinter van up to 14.
Of course. Add stops in advance or tell your chauffeur on the day, hourly pricing applies.
